Hi Jason, We install another input method from Play Store and change it as default in Settings. Then this issue is gone. We think it is caused by implementation of input method. Please check it with TVStorm. Thanks ! |

You can manage Keyboards in Settings -> Device Preferences -> Keyboard -> Manage Keyboards 1. Install another input method "Pinyin Input" from Play Store 2. Go to "Settings -> Device Preferences -> Keyboard -> Manage Keyboards" to disable other Keyboard 3. Press 'Back' and check "Current keyboard" is set to "Google Pinyin Input" 4. Do search in Play Store Change_InputMethod.png (66,188 bytes) |

hi kerwin I also checked with Keyboard for AndroidTV(NDC Solution) via playstore. smart2 box also happen same issue. I asked it to TVstorm. Thanks. |

Hi kerwin TVstorm investigate this issue. IME size is a big more than other IME. So a searching bar disappeared at top side as moving upper side. this issue happen as updated playstore version. Don't you need to report it to google ? Thanks |

Hi Jason, Google doesn't accept it is a bug if it happens only on specific IME. Since there is no issue after changing to Google's IME, we have no idea how to report it to Google. In your previous post, this issue also reproduced on Smart2 box. We think TVS is the right role to work with Google to solve it. Thanks ! |
